Stephanie Rufa joined the PEAR team in April 2011 and is a senior member of the team supporting key clients and their staff. She has been in the Human Resources field for ten years and previously worked for a not-for-profit special education preschool, and privately held alarm systems company.
Stephanie’s areas of expertise include employee relations, legal compliance, performance management, benefits and leave administration, payroll and training. As an HR Generalists our clients turn to Stephanie for advice, and to handle the more complex employee issues.
Pamela Clark joined the PEAR team in 2017 and is a key member of the team, spearheading our PEAR Recruit Division. She has been in the Human Resources field for ten years and previously worked as a Sr. HRIS Implementation Manager; Human Resources Generalist in various industries to include manufacturing, financial institutions and construction firms in Atlanta, GA.
Pam’s area of expertise encompasses employment law, HR systems, training and development, policy interpretation, and employee relations with a strong concentration in benefits administration and recruiting.
