As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PEAR™ HR Solutions, Inc., Karen brings over 25 years of Executive level support, with extensive experience in Legal Compliance, Employee Relations, Talent and Performance Management, Training and Development, Benefits and Compensation Management as well as Talent Acquisition.

Eileen Bell joined the PEAR team in 2018 and is a key member of the team, spearheading our PEAR Recruit Division. She has been in the Human Resources field for ten years within the big-box retail field, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, talent management, training, and strategic leadership. Eileen has a passion for finding the right talent for a position, and implementing a structured training system for long-term potential. Her goal is for the candidate and company to feel they have found the right fit for them.
Eileen also is responsible for our training webinars. She has developed many presentations over the years, to include the New York State Sexual Harassment training.
Louis has been part of PEAR since 2017. He has many years of experience working on payroll for various companies, such as Sbarro and the Hospital for Special Surgeries. Louis is an integral part of the team as your go-to payroll contact. He works hard to make sure your time clock punches and pay stubs are accurate!
Louis is the proud husband and father of a daughter named Sarah, and enjoys watching football and baseball. He is a fan of the NY Giants and the NY Yankees.
Stephanie Rufa joined the PEAR team in April 2011 and is a senior member of the team supporting key clients and their staff. She has been in the Human Resources field for ten years and previously worked for a not-for-profit special education preschool, and privately held alarm systems company.
Stephanie’s areas of expertise include employee relations, legal compliance, performance management, benefits and leave administration, payroll and training. As an HR Generalists our clients turn to Stephanie for advice, and to handle the more complex employee issues.
Eileen is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of service in customer relations. Eileen has been a member of the Pear Team since December 2016, with a primary focus in our Pear Assist Division. She currently manages the benefits administration for 25 locations with approximately 300 employees, and has been an integral part of the development of the benefits program for our largest client.
Eileen graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education. Eileen has a varied background, with experience in the real estate development and non-profit sectors. During her free time, Eileen is involved in several charitable causes and is committed to fundraising through her athletic endeavors. Eileen’s believes strongly in the idea of “giving back” to our society.
